Sauna Master and Wellness Specialist

How did you get into saunas, and what led you to become a sauna master?

In 2019, I discovered the world of saunas and immediately fell in love with it. I was fascinated by the growing popularity of sauna ceremonies in the Czech Republic, where herbs, essential oils, and the art of towel work were combined. I started with a few basic techniques but soon sought inspiration abroad. This passion led me to create a social network for sauna enthusiasts in 2022, which now functions as a platform for sharing knowledge and techniques.

Can you tell us about your career path and how you became an expert in the wellness field?

I am a 25-year-old professional with five years of experience as a sauna master, including two years at a competitive level. To become a well-rounded expert, I completed a bachelor's degree in nutrition counseling and sports diagnostics and continued with a master's degree in wellness. In addition, I have earned certifications in massage and continuously deepen my knowledge in areas such as phytotherapy, aromatherapy, and other wellness disciplines.

What motivated you to start Sauna Masters, and what is the main vision of your company?

In 2023, I founded Sauna Masters to support the sauna community and bring innovations to the world of saunas. Our main vision is to create high-quality products "by sauna masters for sauna masters" while promoting creativity and collaboration in this field. We want sauna masters to offer their innovative ideas and products that reflect their passion and professionalism. We focus on quality, design, and social responsibility, such as through collaboration with sheltered workshops.

What approach do you prefer when producing products for Sauna Masters?

We believe in an individual approach, which is why we offer custom-made products and product personalization. Our priority is customer satisfaction, so we emphasize detail and the high quality of each product. Our work is not just about products but about the experiences they bring.

How do you see the future of Sauna Masters?

Our future lies in continuously expanding our offerings, innovating, and growing the community of sauna masters and wellness enthusiasts. We want to create a space where people with the same passion for saunas can meet, inspire, and grow together. We believe that our commitment to quality and personal approach makes us a reliable partner for anyone seeking quality sauna experiences.
